Spend a day giving yourself the ultimate self care of working on inner healing of your heart, mind and soul, and outer healing of boosting and nourishing your skin and face. Begin the day by relaxing with energy work for a specific intention as layers of emotion and heaviness are cleared away. Transition into massage therapy to seal the energy work and allow yourself to integrate all the feelings of wellbeing and upliftment, and end the day with a luxurious facial catered to your skin’s specific needs or requests.
